DO NOT GO HERE. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dental office. The way I was treated was completely unprofessional and unfair. The manager I spoke with over the phone was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills and proper professionalism when speaking with a customer. Instead of trying to understand the situation or help resolve the issue, I felt dismissed and treated as though my concerns didn’t matter. The entire experience left me feeling like this office cares more about taking people’s money than actually treating patients fairly. I strongly recommend staying AWAY!!!!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of dental offices where you can be treated with respect and professionalism—this was not one of them. Based on my experience, I would stay far away from this office.

Dr. Padilla and his entire team were exceptional. From the very beginning, they made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. I had been suffering from discomfort in two teeth for many years, and thanks to their professionalism and experience, they were able to resolve the problem quickly and effectively. If I could give 10 stars, I would without thinking twice. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The place is super clean, and the staff is very professional and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. They explained the process very patiently, never rushed me, and answered all my questions. I absolutely loved my results—very natural and exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place 100%. It’s not easy to find a place that treats you this well and makes you feel so comfortable and confident. ✨

I had 2 cavities filled by Dr. Mamo with his assistant Kim last week and it was a great experience. Dr. Mamo is friendly and skilled and he and Kim were a professional team together. I highly recommend Friendly Dental
